Melinda is a fifth generation Oregonian who appreciates the character of the many wonderful neighborhoods in the Portland area.  She thoroughly enjoys working with clients to help them buy or sell a home – whether it is their first or very last.  As a previous educator and mother of two, Melinda has a deep knowledge of the area’s public and private schools.  She also has a passion for interior design and can help you stage the home you are selling or see the possibilities in your new home.  Being active in the community is important to Melinda, and she is a member of several non-profit organizations in Portland.
